To make your shopping experience worry-free, we have designed a clear and flexible Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy.

We kindly request our customers to review the terms below before initiating a return, refund, or exchange request.


Return Policy

Items may be returned within 3 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Refunds will not apply in cases of dimension or measurement issues, as all product specifications are clearly mentioned in descriptions.

Refunds are issued in the original mode of payment only.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the received product matches the description provided on our website, the refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping costs.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

The product must remain unused and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different color or variation, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges, while Sudrsha will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.


Additional Policies

Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged, please raise a ticket within 24 hours of delivery.

Email us at support@sudrsha.com with proper images and an unboxing video clearly showing the damage.

Our support team will verify and guide you through the next steps.

Quality Issues

If you notice a quality issue, you must raise a ticket within 48 hours of delivery.

Send details with supporting images/videos to sudrsha.web@gmail.com for verification.

Incorrect Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, please raise a ticket within 24 hours.

Email us at sudrsha.web@gmail.com with clear photos and an unboxing video of the incorrect product.

Once verified, we will arrange the correct replacement.

Missing Product Policy

If you purchase a bundle and find any item missing:

Share an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package on the same day of delivery.

The video must be sent via email at  or WhatsApp at +91-XXXXXXXXXX.

Without this proof, no claims of missing items will be entertained.

Missing Items

If a single item is missing from your order, please raise a ticket within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof.

⚠️ Note: Failure to raise a ticket within the mentioned timelines will result in the ineligibility of return, refund, or exchange.


Exceptions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Personalized or customized products.

Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.


Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds will always be made in the original payment method.


Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to Sudrsha.

The replacement item will be shipped free of charge once the exchange is approved.
