1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
All domestic orders are shipped through registered and reliable courier companies and/or India Speed Post services.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 0–7 working days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.
In case of any special delivery requirements, the same will be communicated and agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
The delivery timeline may vary depending on your location, pincode accessibility, and courier company norms.
Sudrsha is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or natural calamities. However, we will provide you with tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
2. International Shipping
For our international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post services only.
Orders are processed and shipped within 0–7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed upon during order confirmation.
Delivery times for international orders may vary based on the destination country, local customs regulations, and courier company handling.
Any custom duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country’s authorities are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
3. Order Processing & Confirmation
Once an order is successfully placed and payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation at your registered email ID.After dispatch, tracking details will be shared with you on your registered email ID so you can track the status of your shipment.We ensure that your order is carefully packed and handed over to our shipping partners within the promised time frame.
4. Delivery Timelines
Domestic orders are generally delivered within 3–10 working days (depending on your pincode serviceability).
International orders may take 7–21 working days depending on the destination, customs clearance, and courier service efficiency.
In rare cases, there might be unexpected delays due to external factors beyond our control.
5. Non-Delivery & Incorrect Address
Delivery of all orders will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
Sudrsha will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability of the buyer during delivery attempts, the buyer may be required to bear re-shipping charges.
